When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed between 1-4 business days. You will receive an email when your item(s) have been mailed (Monday - Friday), not including holidays. I use USPS (Media Mail and First Class Mail) for shipping options. Be sure to order well in advance to ensure your order arrives on time.

Ship-to Address

Please be sure to include your correct shipping address in the checkout process. Why? Well, we will only ship to the address listed as the shipping address, this protects you and us!

International Shipping

Currently, Red Ninja Creations only ships within the US

Changes to Orders

Unfortunately, it is hard for me to make changes once an order is placed unless it is a change of shipping/destination address. You must send an email within 24 hours of placing your order to change the shipping address.

After orders are placed, I do not accept cancellations, or add/remove items to orders (including coupon codes). Please note that coupons do not stack.

Do you do commissions, collaborations, or custom work?

Return/Refund Policy

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns.

If there's a problem with your order (especially on my end), please email redninjacreates@gmail.com within 3 business days with your order number, so that I can look into the error. I will cover the ground shipping cost if there is an error on my end.

*Red Ninja Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost by the carrier.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email within 3 business days at redninjacreates@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so I can immediately look into and address the issue. You will need to mail back the package by a traceable carrier at your expense. Once received, I will file a claim and replace, exchange, or refund your purchase.
